HOW TO APPLY
Infrared Sauna

Our infrared sauna uses advanced technology to deliver deep, soothing heat that reaches into your muscles, promoting relaxation and recovery, better sleep, enhanced mental well-being, and overall health.

Whether you are winding down after a workout or simply seeking an escape from daily stress, this is the perfect way to recharge. Each session is completely private - no walk-ins allowed, so your time slot is exclusively yours.

Book with the app or at reception

Cost: $10 per session. Enjoy a private sauna experience or bring a friend (maximum two people per session).

Duration: 45 minutes. Sessions start on the hour from 7am until 4pm. Then on the half-hour from 4:30pm until 8:30pm.

On Arrival: Stop by the reception counter to pickup a complementary sauna towel.听You must always sit/lay on a towel in the sauna.听Slide the door label to "In-Use"

On Departure: A chime will sound when your session has ended. Please vacate the sauna area on time. Slide the door label to "Available". Please keep all doors closed when you leave.

Tip For Your First Sauna

  • Take it slow. Start with shorter sessions (15 - 20mins), at lower temperatures (40 - 50掳C).听
  • Gradually work up to听longer sessions (30 - 35mins), at higher temperatures (50 - 60掳C).
  • Never stay more than 40mins.
  • You will hear a chime when your session has come to an end. Please keep all doors closed when you leave.
  • Infrared sauna is different to traditional steam sauna. Infrared penetrates deep into your body providing a dry comfortable heat. Sessions can be longer, and temperatures are usually lower.
Sauna Rules & Etiquette

HYDRATE - Drink a glass of water before your session. Bring a water bottle (plastic), with you to sip on during your sauna. Try to drink 1-2 glasses of water shortly afterwards.

Keep water bottles on the floor. Don't put them on top of heaters or benches, as they get hot and can damage the surfaces.

SHOWER - Always shower before using the sauna.听

CLOTHING听- Swim or gym gear is recommended. Please remain suitably clothed at all times. Change into sauna gear in the main change rooms, then walk through to the sauna area where you can remove any outer layers of clothing.

STORAGE听- There are hooks and shelving available in the sauna room for your outer clothing layers and belongings.

TOWELS - Always sit/lie on a towel (Bring your own or borrow a complementary towel from reception).

SITTING POSITIONS听- Sit or lie down. You can lie against the wall panels, but they get hot, so drape a towel over your shoulders.

SAFETY - Staff may check in on your during your session. We have provided a call button in the room that you can press to call a receptionist if you need urgent help.听 Surfaces get HOT!听 听

LIMITED SPACE - Being able to provide a sauna experience for our members is a priority for us, we know the sauna and room is small, but this allows us to get usage data which will help inform future areas.听
